It was a very useful course for me, all of what I've learned can be directly applied to my work. The course was well structured and laid out in an understandable way by the trainer, the demos and lab exercises were very well done.

There were a few glitches on the technical side of the virtual classroom. The communication regarding exam booking was non-existent and meant that we took the first one a day late. Sometimes we could not unmute ourselves to contribute. We couldn't hear clearly everyone in the room. One day the link changed so I could not access the course first thing and had to call to get that corrected.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course, more than I expected to. The venue was excellent, though some of the class rooms felt particularly cramped. We had an excellent course tutor, who presented the course in a methodical, yet engaging way. I felt like I got good coverage of all of the modules throughout the course. He was happy to answer any and all questions pertaining to the course, and provided entertaining anecdotes that related to the subject matter. I believe I was given ample time to prepare for the examination, and the evening homework events helped me digest what I had learned on each day of the course. Overall, I would recommend the course to colleagues in the future.

We dialed in to this training from our base and it was great although the contact prior to the training was last minute and we encountered several issues with getting books to us in time for the course. The course itself was great but if an email being sent prior says ensure you log your address two weeks before the training to ensure you get your books is sent 9 days before training that isn't helpful.
