ITIL Expert - Managing Across the Lifecycle

The ITIL Managing across the Lifecycle Certificate is a free-standing qualification, but is also the final module prior to achievement of the ITIL Expert award.

The 5 day advanced course is designed to impart and test knowledge across the contents of the five core ITIL books.

The course is aimed at individuals who require a business and management-level understanding of the ITIL core lifecycle and how it may be implemented to enhance the quality of IT service provision within an organisation.

The course is interactive, combining presentation sessions and group exercises, with plenty of opportunity for questions and discussion.

On the final day of the course delegates will be able to sit the ITIL Expert examination in Managing across the Lifecycle (worth 5 credits).

This course will fully prepare delegates for the exam and will enable participants to:
