ILM Training Courses
The Institute of Learning and Management (ILM) offers a wide range of qualifications covering all aspects of leadership and management. ILM training courses and qualifications combine innovative design with a strong focus on developing workplace performance. There are over 60 Vocationally Related Qualifications (VRQs), across six levels of the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) as well as four National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs). CMI Training Courses
The Chartered Management Institute (CMI) is the only chartered professional body in the UK dedicated to promoting the highest standards in management and leadership excellence. CMI training courses range from 30-hour introductory awards to full doctorate level qualifications. You can obtain a CMI Award by completing a written assessment after many of the one or two day short courses available from Focus. These will be at Level 3, 4 or 5 depending upon course.
