Performance Management in a Nutshell

This course will provide delegates with a broad understanding of the performance management process, from induction through to formal performance reviews. Delegates will have the opportunity to practice skills and techniques necessary for effective performance management in a safe environment. They will be able to work through challenges specific to them in strict confidence, with objective input from others.
